Email support for app problems, privacy requests, security reports, feedback, or feature ideas.

Before you send

Do not send a password, sign-in code, precise coordinates, or travel data export in your first message. Malte will ask only for the details needed to investigate.

What to include

Include the details listed under the topic closest to your issue.

Manual or Verified visit

Include whether the visit is Manual or Verified, the city and country shown, the visit date, the steps you took, and what happened. Do not send GPS coordinates.

Stamp, Goal, or Travel Score

Include the Stamp or Goal name, the visit you expected to count, and any status or message shown. Screenshots can help, but remove details you do not want to share.

Artwork

Name the Stamp or Goal and say whether its artwork is missing, incorrect, or not loading. A screenshot can help show the problem.

Privacy request

Specify whether you want access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help. If possible, use the email address shown under Me > Account. Do not attach an identity document. Malte will explain if verification is needed.

Missing travel data

List what is missing, what you did just before it disappeared, and whether you updated iOS, switched iPhones, deleted Stamp Stat, or reinstalled it. Do not delete or reinstall the app while troubleshooting. Stamp Stat does not upload your History to its servers, so support cannot restore data that is no longer available in the app or one of your device backups.

Security report

Use “Security” as the subject. Describe what you observed, when it happened, and the steps that reproduce it. Never send a password, sign-in code, session token, precise location, or travel data export.

Feedback or feature idea

Describe what you tried to do, what got in the way, and what you expected to happen.
