How many countries have I visited?
Start a round and type the countries you remember visiting. Each country counts once. Remove any entry you added by mistake, then finish to see your total out of 195.
What counts as a country or a visit?
The roster includes 195 countries: the 193 UN members plus the Holy See/Vatican City and Palestine, with no territories. You decide which of your trips count as visits.
Which country names can I enter?
Use an English or native country name, a two- or three-letter country code, or a common abbreviation. Capitalization, accents, and spacing won’t affect matching. Small typos work when they point to one country. If an entry is ambiguous, use the full name or country code. Each country counts once.
Can I pause or turn off the timer?
Untimed is the default. The timer starts when you press Start recalling. Pause freezes your remaining time and keeps your draft and entries. You can resume, finish early, or switch to untimed. Leaving the tab without pausing uses time. When time runs out, your result stays available and Continue untimed lets you keep going. After finishing early, Edit countries reopens your round without a timer.
Are my countries saved or shared?
Progress stays on this page and resets when you refresh or leave. Download a card to keep your world percentage, continent stats, and highest country milestone. The card includes no country list, and the challenge link always opens a fresh round. Country artwork loads from our image service as you add countries.
Do these Stamps go into the app?
Your entries don’t carry over to Stamp Stat. Add visit dates in the app to collect country Stamps.
